ABSTRACT: DOH modifies their position on one-time fees charged in ACFs.
The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) regarding one-time fees in adult care facilities (ACFs). This DAL modifies their prior position, noted in DAL: HCBC 06-07. Both letters can be viewed on the ACF page of the Health Provider Network (HPN), and the current DAL is provided as an attachment for your convenience.
