ACFs Must Submit QSIR by Oct. 30th

Adult care facility and assisted living members are reminded that Quarterly Statistical Information Reports must be submitted via the Health Commerce System (HCS) by Oct. 30, 2015. The Department of Health (DOH) will issue violations if you fail to file the report on time, so we urge you to ensure the report is complete, and that you select “submit” on the application to ensure it is indeed filed with DOH.
