ABSTRACT: DAL provides clarifications regarding co-pay requirements.

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) on the Health Provider Network (HPN) regarding requirements relating to co-payments for residents of adult care facilities (ACFs) for prescription drugs.
