DOH Issues DAL Regarding Pharmacy Co-Payments for ACF Residents

ABSTRACT: DAL provides clarifications regarding co-pay requirements.

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) on the Health Provider Network (HPN) regarding requirements relating to co-payments for residents of adult care facilities (ACFs) for prescription drugs.  If you have any questions, regarding the directive, please contact Mary Hart, director of licensure and surveillance at (518) 408-1133.
