ACF Quarterly Statistical Report Available Now on HCS

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) announcing the opening of the Quarterly Statistical Report (QSIR) on the Health Commerce System (HCS) system. All adult care facilities (ACFs) must submit the report by July 31, 2015. Click here for the DAL and related attachments.
