ACF QSIR Report Due July 31st
(July 21, 2025) Members are reminded that the Adult Care Facility (ACF) Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) is available on the Health Commerce System (HCS). All ACFs must complete the report, which is due July 31st. Click here to view the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) outlining the requirement. DOH also provides a Companion Guide and this slide deck to assist ACFs in completing the report.
