2021 Capital Preview Attestations Due Nov. 13th
We remind nursing home members to review their initial draft Medicaid capital rate calculation for 2021 and submit the required attestation by the Nov. 13th due date. Rate sheets for hospital-based nursing homes that were not previously available are now posted.
Please note that the Department of Health (DOH) requests that all providers submit the attestation, whether requesting corrections or not. Attestations should be submitted by email to nfrates@health.ny.gov with “2021 Capital Preview Attestation” in the subject line. Correction requests must be accompanied by Attestation Attachment 1 (correction request form), as well as appropriate documentation.
