DOH Issues FAQs Regarding Nursing Home Resident Transfer and Discharge Notices

On Oct. 11, 2022, the Department of Health (DOH) reissued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) regarding notices of nursing home resident transfer and discharge and allowing residents to return to the facility after transfer to an acute care setting.
