NYC Health + Hospitals Honors Seven Long-Term Care Residents for National Centenarian Day Celebration In celebration of National Centenarian Day on Sept. 22nd, NYC Health + Hospitals honored seven residents who have reached the milestone of living 100 years or longer: Gouverneur Healthcare Services Skilled Nursing Facility residents Mei Dor Chew (100), Alfred Cruz (101), Sun L. Lum (101), Sooi Chee (103), Yung Lin Chou (103), and Kam Po Ma (103), and Coler Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center resident Carmen Augustin (111).

Jefferson's Ferry's Robust Financials, High Occupancy Rates Earn an Upgraded BBB+ rating from Fitch Ratings Jefferson’s Ferry recently received an important affirmation of its strong financial status when Fitch Ratings upgraded its annual rating for the third year in a row. The most recent Fitch report awarded Jefferson’s Ferry a BBB+ rating with a “Stable Outlook,” as its positive performance fulfilled the expectation of last year’s solid BBB rating with a “Positive Outlook.”
