Wartburg Breaks Ground on the Waltemade Residence: 102 New Affordable and Supportive Homes for Seniors in Mount Vernon Wartburg announced the start of construction on the Waltemade Residence, a $74 million redevelopment project that will create 102 affordable apartments for older adults and 30 supportive units for older adults experiencing homelessness.
