2025 Annual Conference Expo Resources

Welcome to the 2025 LeadingAge New York Annual Conference and Exposition! The conference will be held May 19-21, 2025 at the Saratoga Hilton and Saratoga Springs City Center. The Expo Day is May 20. 

Attendees will visit the Expo Hall for their meals and breaks and the show has been set up to deliver maximum traffic to exhibitors.  

Staff will hold a drawings during the final break in the Expo Hall on Tuesday, May 20 for exhibitors to give away prizes, so don't miss your chance to incentivize traffic to your exhibit and don't forget to pre-market to attendees in the days before the Expo.  

Full attendee lists will be available on this site beginning on May 2 and updated each Friday preceding the conference.

 Attendee Lists: A final list will be available on Friday, May 16.  

No one under 18 is allowed on the Trade Show floor or at the Monday night reception. 

Food vendors are not allowed to offer food or beverages without the prior consent of the Saratoga Hilton and LeadingAge New York. Please consult the Food Guidelines on the Exhibitor Website for more information.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY REGISTERED EXHIBITORS,  ATTENDEES AND BUSINESS ATTENDEES MAY BE ON THE TRADE SHOW FLOOR. 

ONLY REGISTERED EXHIBITORS, BUSINESS ATTENDEES, ATTENDEES AND RECEPTION ONLY ATTENDEES BY BE AT THE MONDAY EVEVING RECEPTION.
