March 5, 2013 MLTC Enrollment May be Accelerated and Continuity of Care Policy Extended: During a recent MLTC implementation call, DOH provided updates regarding the governor’s 30-day amendments to theproposed budget, which includes accelerating mandatory enrollment into Managed Long Term Care (MLTC). This proposal will be subject to budget negotiations this month.

March 5, 2013 MPPR Reduction to Increase Effective April 1, 2013: The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 revised the Multiple Procedure Payment Reduction (MPPR) to 50 percent for all settings, effective April 1, 2013.
