DOH has posted two policies on defining community based long term care services and one on Care Management Administrative Services (CMAS) agreement guidelines. 

DOH has issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) to notify Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCP) that their annual financial and statistical report forms are due no later than Aug. 15, 2013. CMS hosted its second webinar on the Round 2 of the Health Care Innovation Awards funding opportunity. This webinar focused on the first two innovation funding categories.

This policy is to clarify to Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans key areas that must be addressed in all Care Management Administrative Services (CMAS) contracts submitted to the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) for review.
