Save The Date: ADHC Director and Staff Training

Save the date for the 2019 ADHC Director and Staff Training! The training will be held at three convenient locations: Dec. 2nd at the Highlands at Pittsford, Dec. 3 at The Albany Guardian Society, and Dec. 5th at Wartburg in Mt. Vernon.

Who should attend?

This full-day, interactive program is designed for both new and seasoned adult day health care program staff seeking professional development and motivation to improve program operations. Program directors, nurses, social workers, corporate compliance officers and nursing home administrators are encouraged to attend.

Why should you attend?

New training curriculum and format for 2019! Say good-bye to lengthy PowerPoints and lectures. This year’s presentation will be more interactive and will require participation from attendees. We will dive deeper into day-to-day program director responsibilities and share tips and tools you need to run a successful program. In addition, we will discuss the assessment and admission process, quality assurance and generating referrals within your own system.

During this training, you will find answers to your questions, solutions to operational challenges and get the motivation to implement change. Whether you have worked in adult day health care for 5 months or 15 years, you will learn new ideas to take back to your program.

If you have any questions about the training program or trouble with registration, please contact Anne Hill at ahill@leadingageny.org or call 518-867-8836.
