Anne S. Hill is the executive director of the Adult Day Health Care Council (ADHCC), an affiliate of LeadingAge New York. In this capacity, she is responsible for all issues related to medical model adult day care programs, including reimbursement, legislation, regulations, lobbying, research and education. She works closely with the ADHCC board and membership on policy issues affecting adult day health care and is responsible for management of the daily operations of the council. ADHCC is a statewide trade association representing 130 programs, which is more than 90 percent of the health models operating in New York State.
Prior to becoming the executive director in 2015, Anne spent five years as the policy analyst at the Adult Day Health Care Council. Before joining ADHCC, Anne worked at LeadingAge NY for two years as the policy analyst for community-based services. In that capacity she worked on policy issues related to home care and other community-based services such as social adult day care. Prior to joining LeadingAge NY, she held policy and management positions at the National Apartment Association and the NY Association on Independent Living. She has also held an advocacy position and has worked as a researcher in the NYS Assembly.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. Anne lives in Albany with her husband Ben and three young girls Sally, Jane and Caroline.
