The final rule, which mandates bundled payment arrangements in 14 counties in NYS, offers opportunities for shared savings, as well as shared recoupments, among hospitals and post-acute care providers and provides for waivers of the SNF 3-day rule and certain telehealth requirements.

The Adult Day Health Care Council (ADHCC) represents 130 medical model adult day health care (ADHC) programs, more than 90 percent of ADHC programs operating across New York State. ADHCC members serve more than 10,000 New Yorkers annually. We are the only organization that speaks exclusively for ADHC providers; we are dedicated to the continuation and expansion of adult day health care in an effort to meet the needs of the frail elderly, chronically ill, disabled adults and their caregivers.
