(Aug. 5, 2025) Register now for the Adult Day Health Care Council’s (ADHCC) Annual Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Conference! We are excited to finally return to an in-person conference for our members and the broader community. The 2025 Annual ADHC Conference will be held in Saratoga Springs, NY as a separate track of LeadingAge NY's 2025 Fall Conference Showcase. The conference will be held at The Saratoga Hilton and Saratoga Springs City Center from Sept. 15th-16th.

Attendees should ensure registration by Aug. 15th to get the Early Bird rate of $369.
This conference is for ADHC program directors, social work professionals, recreation and therapy staff, nursing home administrators, and other health care professionals and staff providing services in and overseeing ADHC programs. We also welcome other health care providers who may want to learn more about ADHC or are considering opening a program.
This is a must-attend resource for improving ADHC operations, growing your program, and networking with your ADHC colleagues from around the state.

ADHC programs may use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for this training. As we are past the July 31st spending deadline, only ADHC programs with ARPA spending extensions may use funds for the conference.
