Registration Open: Join us In Person for ADHCC's Annual Adult Day Health Care Conference

(July 23, 2025) REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for Adult Day Health Care Council’s Annual ADHC Conference! We are excited to finally return to an in-person conference for our members and the broader community!

The 2025 Annual ADHC Conference will be held in Saratoga Springs, NY as a separate track of LeadingAge New York’s 2025 Fall Conference Showcase! The conference will be held at the Saratoga Hilton & Saratoga Springs City Center from September 15th & 16th.

This conference is for ADHC program directors, social work professionals, recreation and therapy staff, nursing home administrators, and other health care professionals and staff providing services in and overseeing ADHC programs. We also welcome other health care providers who may want to learn more about ADHC or are considering opening a program.

ADHC programs may use ARPA funds for this training. Please note the deadline for ARPA spending is July 31, 2025. DOH has specified that programs and services funded by ARPA may occur after the deadline, if funds for those services are expended by 7/31/25.
