In a Dear Administrator Letter, DOH announced that MLTC plan contracts with LHCSAs that are intended to continue care for new enrollees who transfer from a plan that has closed, merged with another plan, or narrowed its service area are not counted in determining compliance with the MLTC LHCSA network cap.

ADHCC members serve more than 10,000 New Yorkers annually. We are the only organization that speaks exclusively for ADHC providers; we are dedicated to the continuation and expansion of adult day health care in an effort to meet the needs of the frail elderly, chronically ill, disabled adults and their caregivers.
