State Reconciles 2011 NH Assessment

DOH has processed an initial 2011 cash receipts assessment reconciliation using each home’s 2010 per-day assessment reimbursement amount. Payments or recoupments related to this reconciliation should be reflected in Medicaid checks released towards the end of March (payment cycle #1854). The assessment reconciliation calculation sheets and accompanying Dear Administrator letter are available now on the HCS. Please keep in mind that this is a preliminary reconciliation of the 2011 assessment using the 2010 assessment reimbursement amount. DOH will eventually calculate a 2011 assessment reimbursement amount that will be the basis of a final 2011 reconciliation.
