Happy Holidays from ADHCC! Trump Administration Terminates TPS for Honduras and Nicaragua: DHS has announced the termination of the TPS designations for Honduras and Nicaragua, which were set to expire on July 5^th. The Honduras notification and the Nicaragua notification will be formally published in the Federal Register on July 8^th, and in both cases the notice states that the termination will be effective 60 days following that publication date.

The Adult Day Health Care Council (ADHCC) represents 130 medical model adult day health care (ADHC) programs, more than 90 percent of ADHC programs operating across New York State. ADHCC members serve more than 10,000 New Yorkers annually. We are the only organization that speaks exclusively for ADHC providers; we are dedicated to the continuation and expansion of adult day health care in an effort to meet the needs of the frail elderly, chronically ill, disabled adults and their caregivers.
