Roster Submission System Back in Action

The three week window for uploading July 2015 MDS census rosters (that are used to calculate case mix adjustments to nursing home Medicaid rates) was originally scheduled to begin Monday, September 28th.  Technical difficulties required the Department of Health (DOH) to suspend roster submissions last week.  DOH reports that the system is now working and available. Homes are required to upload and certify their July 29. 2015 rosters on the Health Commerce System.  Please let us know if you have questions or encounter difficulties in the process. 

Until DOH confirms a new submission process end date, members should assume the originally announced Oct. 16th date rmains the deadline for submissions.
