Nursing Home Census Roster Submission

Nursing homes must upload their July 30, 2014 census roster to the Health Commerce System by Oct. 17.  DOH will use the information from this upload to calculate case mix adjustments to Medicaid rates in effect from January through June of 2015.  If roster submission should be suspended, providers will encounter a notice when they access the submission system.
