OMIG Hosts Medicaid Provider Self-Disclosure Webinar

The New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) recently hosted a webinar detailing the importance of compliance with the requirement to self-disclose Medicaid overpayments and the process for doing so.  The webinar explains the types of billing errors and defects that are subject to self-disclosure, who may file the disclosure, when it must be made and how.  The webinar, entitled "Self-Disclosure: The Importance & Process for the Provider," is available free of charge.
