Mandatory Medicare Recertification Process

As mandated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), National Government Services (NGS) is conducting a mandatory recertification process for all NGSConnex Local Security Officers (LSOs) and users during the months of Oct. and Nov. 2014.  As outlined by NGS, the process is relatively simple and straightforward, seeking to merely verify the current LSO listing. 

The NGS announcement is available by clicking here.  Your designated LSO should also be receiving direct communications from NGS on this process.  Failure to comply with the recertification will result in cancelation of your NGSConnex account.
