Reimbursement for End-of-Life Discussions: Webinar Opportunity

Responding to the Institute of Medicine's recent report calling for improved reimbursement for end-of-life discussions, Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield is hosting a free webinar to describe how it pays physicians for thoughtful discussions about end-of-life goals for care.  The webinar will focus on a "best practice" payment model using the MOLST process in a physician practice.
