New York City FIDA Plan Meeting – April 21

The Department of Health (DOH) is hosting a meeting with FIDA Plans in New York City on Monday, April 21, 2014 from 1 - 4 p.m.  Registration is required and DOH advises that room capacity is limited and DOH is asking plans to limit attendees to two or three representatives per plan.  There is also a dial-in option.  Please send any questions or comments prior to the meeting to FIDA@health.state.ny.us.
