The Department of Health (DOH) has posted a new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document to clarify questions regarding the cost reporting process for Nursing Home Transition and Diversion and Traumatic Brain Injury (NHTD/TBI) providers, as well as cost reporting templates with slight revisions.

The due date for all providers is Oct. 31, 2023. If a provider already submitted their report, the State will use that one. If you would like to use the new templates, feel free to send the Department a new submission.

The documents will also be posted to the NHTD and TBI websites here and here.
