NHTD/TBI Webinar Scheduled Regarding HCBS Rule Conflict of Interest Implementation

Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver providers should note that the Department of Health (DOH) will be providing an update on the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Rule Conflict of Interest (COI) provisions on Thurs., Feb. 8th from 2-3 p.m. The Department will clarify details regarding the extension of the COI deadline coming up on March 1st. The Department states that service plans with an effective date prior to March 1st that providers have held because of COI non-compliance can now be approved.

Please join the Department Thursday February 8 from 2:00-3:00 to discuss the implementation of Conflict of Interest regulations for the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion and Traumatic Brain Injury waivers. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the webinar.
