HCS Is Implementing MFA Functionality to HCS Coordinators Account Tools

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued the following message to Health Commerce System (HCS) Coordinators:

The Health Commerce System is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) functionality to the HCS Coordinators Account Tools. Multi-Factor Authentication adds an additional layer of security to the application to ensure security and compliance. Effective December 20, 2023, all HCS Coordinators will be required to use MFA to access these tools. Coordinators will not be able to access Coordinator Tools without setting up MFA in the HCS application and are strongly encouraged to set up MFA as soon as possible to ensure continuity of access.

• Click My Content on the top navigation bar and select All Applications
• Click the M tab, then MFA Enrollment and complete the required fields
