ACFs Reminded of Upcoming Quarterly Statistical Information Report Deadline

On Sept. 29, 2023, the Department of Health (DOH) issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) for Adult Care Facilities (ACFs) opening the Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the period July 1, 2023 through Sept. 30, 2023. This QSIR must be submitted no later than Oct. 31, 2023. DOH provides a Companion Guide with instructions and this slide deck. Members are encouraged to review these documents.
