DOH Activates ACF QSIR Report for Fourth Quarter of 2023
The Department of Health (DOH) has activated the Adult Care Facility (ACF) Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the fourth quarter of 2023. The report must be completed on the Health Commerce System (HCS) by Jan. 31st. Members who have had personnel changes should make sure that their HCS roles are up to date so that there is no delay in being able to complete and submit the report.
