ACF Fourth Quarter Statistical Report Activated on HCS
The Department of Health (DOH) issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) announcing the availability of the Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the fourth quarter of 2022. The report must be completed by all adult care facilities (ACFs) on the Health Commerce System (HCS) by Jan. 31st.
