Advance Release of LeadingAge Nursing Home 5-Star Analysis Report!

LeadingAge New York nursing home members received their first 5-Star Analysis Report last week in advance of the formal launch scheduled for the second week in September. LeadingAge NY is currently working with LeadingAge national and the state affiliates to roll out this much anticipated report to the remainder of LeadingAge members across the country.

The 5-Star report will be emailed to you quarterly, is free as a member benefit to all LeadingAge primary members and includes a comprehensive analysis of your Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) 5-star rating, highlighting areas to focus improvement efforts to increase your star rating.
