ProCare Changes

Michelle Synakowski, LNHA, RN, C-NE, RAC-MT will rejoin LeadingAge New York as a ProCare consultant and policy analyst on Tues., Oct. 15. Michelle is an AANAC Master Teacher, a skilled clinician and an experienced consultant highly knowledgeable in nursing home, assisted living and home care operations.

Susan Bartholomew, LeadingAge New York nurse consultant, will continue to work with ProCare as a per diem consultant, focusing on nursing home clinical and regulatory consulting. Susan’s considerable long term care knowledge and her unique teaching and consulting experience will enable her to continue to serve LeadingAge New York members in a variety of areas and projects.

LeadingAge New York is pleased to have both Michelle and Susan as part of the LeadingAge NY ProCare team!
