Calling All Members: Please Complete the LeadingAge NY Health IT Survey

LeadingAge NY is seeking the participation of all members in our Health Information Technology (HIT) and Health Information Exchange (HIE) survey.  Even if your organization has not implemented HIT or is not participating in HIE, we need to know.  We will use the survey results to tailor our strategies and services to member needs.  The survey was sent on April 24, 2014 via email to one executive in each member organization (typically the CEO, administrator or executive director).  If you have not completed your survey, please do so by July 11.  We will be reaching out by telephone to members who have not submitted a response.  We appreciate your help with this important project.
