Electronic Plans of Correction to Start on Aug. 1 for Nursing Homes

Starting Aug. 1, 2013, all nursing homes will be required to submit plans of corrections for survey deficiencies, electronically. Training sessions are being offered by DOH on the Learning Management Systems (LMS)  from July 15, 2013 through July 26, 2013. There are two sessions offered daily, one at 11 a.m. and the other at 3 p.m. The session lasts approximately one hour and DOH recommends that it be viewed by any individual in the organization that has a role in creating or approving the submission of the plan of correction.
