DOH Provides Guidance on Ebola

DOH issued an Ebola Update on Oct. 17, 2014 and has made resources available through the DOH website to educate and guide providers on a number of issues related to Ebola.  Much of the guidance being provided is directed to the activities of hospitals, diagnostic and treatment centers, and EMS personnel and not toward long term care facilities.  However, nursing homes may find the information helpful to staff who have raised questions or concerns related to Ebola.
