Level 3 HUD REAC Inspection Deficiencies Require Photo Documentation

Beginning in 2015, photo documentation is required for all Level 3 Deficiencies identified during a HUD REAC Physical Inspection.In cases where owners and agents do not agree with the inspector on a Level 3 Deficiency, HUD recommends to take your own photographs of the deficiency. If you wish to appeal, do not rely on the inspector's photo alone. Take photos yourself - from every angle.
