HUD’s 2014 OCAFs Published

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Operating Cost Adjustment Factors (OCAFs) for 2014 were published in the Sept. 16, 2013 Federal Register. These factors are used for adjusting or establishing Section 8 rents for projects assisted with Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments. New York’s 2014 OCAF is 1.4 percent. The factors are effective Feb. 11, 2014 and can be found at here.
