HUD Announces Assisted Living Conversion and Service Enriched Housing Grants

On Sept. 18, The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published the Notice of Funding Available (NOFA) for the Assisted Living Conversion Program. Applications are due to HUD by Mon., Nov. 18 and can be accessed here. Funding to be awarded is up to $15 million for either traditional assisted living conversions or service enriched housing.
