Extended Deadline, Q&As Available for Senior Supportive Housing Services RFA

The Department of Health (DOH) issued the Modifications, Questions and Answers for the Senior Supportive Housing Services Request for Applications (RFA) on the DOH webpage that can be viewed here.

LeadingAge New York raised concern regarding the delay in providing answers to the questions submitted and we are happy to report that the application due date has been extended to May 30th, 4 p.m. In addition, contract dates have been extended.

On Wed., April 2nd, LeadingAge New York conducted a free conference call for members on the Senior Supportive Housing Services Program’s Request for Applications (RFA). Click here for the recording of the call and additional information that includes the Power Point slides that were covered during the call.
