Two Home Care Surveys Posted to HCS

The Department of Health (DOH) has posted to the Health Commerce System (HCS) two home care surveys and has asked for your participation. The two surveys both entitled “Direct Service Worker Validation Survey” are outlined in Dear Administrator Letters (DAL) – DCHBS 14-09 for Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) and DCHBS 14-08 for Licensed Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSAs).  The goal is to understand the skills that direct service workers in the community (including Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides) need to do their jobs well.

Please note that survey takes about 30 minutes to complete and is only available now through July 21, 2014.  DOH encourages your participation.
