Benefits Checklist for Older Adults

The Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging issued their annual Benefits Checklist for Older Adults. This helpful chart, which can be accessed here, outlines a variety of benefits available to older New Yorkers, along with eligibility requirements and resource and income limitations, as applicable. The information can be useful to seniors and to case managers, service coordinators and social workers in their work with seniors. 

It should be noted that the checklist is designed to be printed on ledger sized paper (11″x17″) or legal sized paper (8.5″ x14″) in landscape, which you can accomplish by adjusting your PDF print page settings.
