ACF Annual Statistical Report Due Jan. 31st
The Department of Health (DOH) has activated the Adult Care Facility (ACF) Annual Statistical Information Report, which encompasses the time period of Jan. 1st to Dec. 31, 2016. Click here to view the Dear Administrator letter (DAL). Members should also review the Data Entry Instructions and Definition of Terms. The report must be submitted on the Health Commerce System (HCS) and is due by Jan. 31, 2017.
