Reminder to ACFs: QSIR Due April 30, 2016

The Department of Health (DOH) has made the first Quarter Statistical Information Report available on the Health Commerce System (HCS). All Adult Care Facilities (ACFs) are required to complete the report, which relates to the time period from Jan. 1, 2016 to March 31, 2016. Facilities with a certified bed capacity of 80 beds or more, in which 20 percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness, are required to provide additional information, which is detailed in the Dear Administrator letter.
