LHCSA Statistical Report Due Date Extended to Dec. 5

The due date for the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) Statistical Report was Fri., Nov. 21. The snowstorm in Western New York made it difficult and/or impossible for some to submit the report, so the Department of Health (DOH) extended the submission due date to Fri., Dec.5., statewide. DOH will not be providing a Dear Administrator letter on the extension, but will inform agencies if they contact DOH. We urge all LHCSAs, including LHCSAs associated with assisted living programs to get their reports in as soon as possible, but no later than Fri., Dec. 5.
