LeadingAge NY ProCare offers consulting services to meet the consulting needs of aging services providers. Examples of some of the services we are able to provide include: survey preparedness; post-survey consulting; quality assurance consulting; mentoring for new administrators, case managers, personal care aides and other key personnel; documentation consulting; operational considerations in developing a new assisted living service; and targeted training on specific service areas or issues.
