PHHPC Reluctantly Approves Nursing Home Minimum Staffing and Spending Regulations The Public Health and Health Planning Council approved the regulations for adoption, but will adopt a resolution requesting statutory changes and requested that the Department provide a briefing on implementation of the regulations.
