With PBJ data being used for additional purposes, accurate and timely reporting is more important than ever.

Providers whose fiscal year ends on Dec. 31^st have until May 31, 2022 to submit the 2021 report.

All ADHC programs, including nursing homes with closed programs, are required to complete the report by May 15^th.

Communication clarifies policy for closed programs and provides links to all MLTC policies relating to SADCs.

Further guidance or clarification may be coming from DOH on certain reporting forms.

The new policy describes procedures, launching on May 16^th, for the independent assessment process, practitioner orders, MLTC responsibilities, independent review panels for cases requiring more than 12 hours of services daily, and mistakes and discrepancies identified by MLTC plans.
