DOH Announces ALP RFA Awardees
The Department of Health (DOH) has posted a list of awardees under both Component A and Component B of the Assisted Living Program (ALP) Expansion Initiative #18239. This initiative was issued in 2019 and was developed to allow entities to apply to create new ALP beds in certain counties where need was identified, and to allow for capital funding to support the development of new beds within those counties. The list of awards can be found on the DOH website here.
Members currently operating ALPs are reminded of the current opportunity to expand their programs by nine beds or fewer given certain conditions are met. Applications must be submitted by June 21st. Click here for more information.
