CMS Publishes New Web-Based Training for MDS Section J: Health Conditions

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released a new training course regarding coding the Minimum Data Set (MDS) Section J: Health Conditions. The course is intended as an overview of the assessment and coding process for the cross-setting quality measure “Application of Percent of Residents Experiencing One or More Falls with Major Injury.”
